WHAT DOES TECH TREND MEAN?

The decision-creating agent assigns a range to every circumstance (called the "utility") that measures the amount of the agent prefers it. For every attainable motion, it may estimate the "predicted utility": the utility of all probable outcomes in the motion, weighted from the likelihood that the end result will manifest. It may then choose the ac
